At Mealveda by Tapaveda, we are committed to your satisfaction and trust. We strive to deliver high-quality, natural wellness products that bring comfort and balance to your daily life. However, we understand that you may need to return a product in certain situations.

Return Window

You may return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as received.
All seals, labels, and packaging must be intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or partially used sachets/pouches
Products where the seal is broken or tampered with
Any product that has been consumed or mixed with food/drink
Personalized or custom-made items (if any)

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at mealveda@tapaveda.com or call us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization.
Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our team (customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping charges) after verification.

Important Note

Mealveda products are nutraceuticals meant for consumption. Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened products cannot be accepted for return or refund.
